The Web - Larmer Tree Festival 2015
This piece aims to preserve something of the hundreds of people who pass the same places as you every day who you may never meet, or may perhaps glimpse but never exchange words with.
Festival-goers were invited to write something about their life on a tag and tie it to the web. This could be anything - from a favourite food, life event or quirky mannerism through to a darkest fear.
Together, these small glimpses into people’s lives built a web. It was great to see strangers interacting with each other through the installation and listen to the conversations it sparked.
All tags are recycled from the offcuts of Cornish Sailmakers.
