Polly is an accomplished multi-instrumentalist/vocalist and an innovative composer, songwriter and arranger with experience in a variety of styles and genres – spanning world, jazz, electronic, soul and hip-hop through to folk and classical.

Her drive for music has led her to feature on BBC Introducing, and to perform at a variety of venues (including the Royal Albert Hall!), as well as undertaking a range of collaborations, commissions and session work.

Polly also has a huge passion for the teaching of music. She began teaching at the age of 16 and has been committed to enthusing and guiding people through their own musical endeavours ever since. Recently, one of her pupils won the BBC Proms Inspire Young Composers Competition, which involved a performance at the BBC Radio Theatre and a commission to write for the BBC Symphony Orchestra.
